Anomoly scan

Booting itself in the head!
The mega scary one...at least it was in the morning! I managed to drink a litre of liquid beforehand, more than I've drunk in a few days. When we got in there were two people there, a doctor training to do scans. She did all the basic measurements first for practise, then the sonographer took over and did it properly. Baby is measuring a weekish behind, skinny little belly and small head with great big long kangaroo legs, and is still incredibly active. Before the heart measurements could be done it crawled to a corner and folded up, refusing to move so I had to go out for a wee to drop it back down. Everything seems OK though, which is great. I went in to work afterwards and broke the news, everyone seemed pretty shocked. Mostly that I'd managed to hide it for so long!
